Shipping damages, shortage, discrepancies:
All shipments must be inspected for visual and/or concealed damages promptly upon receipt. Call the freight carrier and make a careful note of details on carrier's Bill of Lading/Freight Bill.
Changes in specifications:
ACE reserves the right, without prior notification, to modify design, specifications and materials which, in the opinion of ACE, will provide greater efficiency, performance and durability.
Warranty (limitations and exclusions):
Limitations:
ACE warrants its new products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the original date of installation, not to exceed 6 months from date of shipment from factory.
ACE warrants parts to the original purchaser for a period of 3 months from the original date of installation.
Exclusions:
Products purchased & installed for residential use, or for use outside the continental United States, are excluded from this warranty.
Normal parts wear and tear and maintenance are excluded from this warranty.
Any product which has been modified by unauthorized personnel or changed from its original design is not covered under this warranty.
ACE assumes no obligation for any product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse or harsh chemical environments and climatical conditons.
Normal maintenance as outlined in the instructions supplied with the product is the responsibility of the owner/user and is not part of this warranty.
All labors are NOT under this warranty.
